What's covered
- Hosting on a fast, managed platform, set up and run by us.
- Software and dependency updates, tested before they go live.
- Security fixes as soon as they are published for anything your site uses.
- Backups, and a restore if something goes wrong.
- Uptime monitoring: we are alerted if the site goes down and look into it the same working day.
- Up to 1 hour of small edits a month: text, images, a new section or a new page from an existing layout.
- A short note each month on what we did.
Not included
- Domain fees, paid by you so the domain stays in your name.
- New features, redesigns or new page layouts. We quote those first.
Terms
- Plans run month to month from the day you subscribe and are billed in advance by Direct Debit or card.
- Cancel any time with 30 days' notice; we hand over code, hosting and store access in full.
- Included hours are per calendar month and don't roll over; work beyond them is quoted first.
- You get a short written report each month and a review call every quarter.
- Prices are reviewed once a year with 60 days' notice and never rise more than CPI + 3% a year for existing clients.
- Pay yearly for two months free.
- Prices exclude VAT.

Yes. We start with a short takeover check so we know how the site is built and hosted, then it moves onto Website care. See our page on taking over an existing app or site.
Changing text or images, adding a section to a page, publishing a new page from a layout the site already has, or adjusting a form. If a request will take longer than the hour, we tell you the price before we start.
You do. The domain stays in your name and the code is yours. If you leave the plan, we hand everything over.
No. It's monthly and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. If you pay yearly you get 2 months free.
