What happens after you get in touch

We reply within one working day.

  1. Step 1

We reply within one working day

We read what you sent and come back with questions, a rough view of cost, or a time to talk.

  2. Step 2

    A 20-minute call

We talk through what you need and tell you honestly whether we're the right team. No charge and no obligation.

  3. Step 3

    A written, fixed-price proposal

Scope, price and timeline in writing. Nothing starts until you've signed it off.

Who it's for

Founders and teams with an iPhone or iPad app that has been rejected, keeps getting rejected, or is about to go to App Review for the first time.

What you get: A clear answer to why Apple said no, and either a fix plan your developer can follow or the fixes done.

What's included

  • A read of every rejection message against the App Review Guideline it cites, and what Apple is really asking for.
  • A test of your build on real devices for the problems reviewers hit first: crashes, dead ends, sign-in walls and placeholder content.
  • A check of your App Store metadata: name, subtitle, description, screenshots, age rating and review notes.
  • A check that your privacy label, privacy manifest and permission prompts match what the app and its SDKs actually do.
  • Subscription and in-app purchase screens checked against Apple's rules on price, terms and restore.
  • A written fix plan in priority order, or, if you prefer, we make the fixes and prepare the resubmission and the reply to App Review.

Not included

  • Rebuilding features. If a fix needs more than the two days, we quote it before starting.
  • A guarantee of approval. Apple decides; we make the strongest honest case.

How it runs

  1. Day 0You send the rejection messages and invite us to App Store Connect and TestFlight.
  2. Day 1We test the build, read the metadata and privacy details, and map each problem to a guideline.
  3. Day 2You get the fix plan, or the fixes, a resubmission checklist and a draft reply to App Review.

Why trust us with it

We have been through App Review ourselves. Apple rejected our own app, Cuefold, under Guideline 5.1.1(iv) for the wording of one button on a permission screen. We fixed it, replied, and it was approved the next day.

After launch

Keep it working after launch

Websites and apps need looking after once they're live. App care is the plan most people choose after this, at £450 a month.

Already have an app or site that needs looking after?

Questions we get asked

The rejection messages from App Store Connect, access to App Store Connect with the App Manager role (or screenshots if you'd rather not), and a TestFlight invite or a build we can install. If you want us to make the fixes, we also need access to the source code.

Other ways to start

Start with a 20-minute call with our team.

Tell us where you are and what you need. We'll tell you honestly whether this offer fits, or what would. Live app broken or rejected? Write before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, and we reply the same working day.
