What's covered
- Everything in Website care: managed hosting, updates, security fixes, backups and uptime monitoring.
- Up to 3 hours of changes a month: new pages from existing layouts, landing pages, content and image updates, form and tracking changes.
- Priority on the same working day for anything that stops the site taking enquiries.
- A short note each month on what we did and what we'd suggest next.
Not included
- Domain fees, paid by you so the domain stays in your name.
- Redesigns and new features beyond the monthly hours. We quote those first.
Terms
- Plans run month to month from the day you subscribe and are billed in advance by Direct Debit or card.
- Cancel any time with 30 days' notice; we hand over code, hosting and store access in full.
- Included hours are per calendar month and don't roll over; work beyond them is quoted first.
- You get a short written report each month and a review call every quarter.
- Prices are reviewed once a year with 60 days' notice and never rise more than CPI + 3% a year for existing clients.
- Pay yearly for two months free.
- Prices exclude VAT.
