App broken, rejected or abandoned?

Three situations, three fixed prices. Pick the one that sounds like you, or send us the link and we'll tell you which it is.

Live app broken or rejected? Write before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, and we reply the same working day.

Which of these is you?

  1. 1. “Apple rejected it”

    App Store rescue

    From £650

    2 working days

We read every rejection against the guideline it cites, test the build, check the metadata and privacy label, then give you a fix plan or make the fixes and prepare the resubmission.

  2. 2. “Developer gone, it needs looking after”

    Takeover audit, then App care

From £650 for an app, from £350 for a website

    Report in 5 working days

We recover the accounts and code in your name, build and test it, and write up what's at risk and what to fix first. Then it moves onto a care plan so it doesn't drift again.

  3. 3. “Live and fine, I just want cover”

    App care

    £450 a month

    Starts any month

Each year's iOS update, App Review changes, crash fixes, certificate renewals and four hours of changes a month. If we didn't build it, we start with a short check so the plan is priced on facts.

Not sure? Send the App Store link or website address and who built it. We'll say which path fits, at no charge.

Sound familiar?

  • Your developer, freelancer or agency has gone quiet, moved on or closed.
  • You can't update the app because the code, the Apple account or the certificates are with someone else.
  • Apple has rejected an update, or warned that the app no longer meets its requirements.
  • The app crashes on the latest iPhones or iOS, and nobody is fixing it.
  • Your website is out of date, insecure or slow, and nobody knows how it's hosted.
  • You're paying for hosting, plugins or services and aren't sure what they're for.

Path 2: the takeover audit

How a takeover runs

From £650 for an app, from £350 for a website, agreed before we start. The report is yours whether or not you carry on with us.

  1. Step 1Access and ownershipWe list everything the product depends on and help you get control of it in your own name: domain, hosting, source code repository, Apple Developer and App Store Connect, Google Play Console and any paid services.
  2. Step 2Health checkWe build the code ourselves, run it on current devices and browsers, and check dependencies, security updates, crash reports and the store listing.
  3. Step 3A written reportWhat works, what's at risk and what to fix first, in plain English, with a fixed price for each fix.
  4. Step 4Fix, then look after itWe fix what's urgent and move the app onto App care, or the site onto Website care, so it doesn't drift again.

Why trust us with it

We run our own apps on the App Store day to day: the code, the certificates, App Review, payments and support. Keeping an app healthy is work we do for ourselves every week.

After the rescue or takeover

Then we look after it

Once it's stable, the app or site moves onto a monthly plan, so it keeps up with each new iOS, browser and security fix instead of drifting again.

Questions we get asked

If Apple has rejected the app or an update, App Store rescue: it's two days of focused work on the rejection. If the person who built it has gone and nobody is looking after it, the takeover audit: we recover access, check the code and report what's at risk. If the app is live and healthy and you just want someone on call, go straight to App care. If you're not sure, send us the link and we'll say which one, with no charge for the answer.

Send us the link. We'll tell you where you stand.

The App Store link or website address, and who built it, is enough to start. Live app broken or rejected? Write before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, and we reply the same working day.
