Plan terms
- Plans run month to month from the day you subscribe and are billed in advance by Direct Debit or card.
- Cancel any time with 30 days' notice; we hand over code, hosting and store access in full.
- Included hours are per calendar month and don't roll over; work beyond them is quoted first.
- You get a short written report each month and a review call every quarter.
- Prices are reviewed once a year with 60 days' notice and never rise more than CPI + 3% a year for existing clients.
- Pay yearly for two months free.
- Prices exclude VAT.

Apple rejected it: App Store rescue from £650. Developer gone: a takeover audit, from £650 for an app or from £350 for a website, then App care. Live and fine: straight onto App care.

Pay for 10 months up front and get 12 months of the plan. Everything else stays the same, including the included hours each month.
