Your app is built. What happens after you get in touch

We reply within one working day.

  1. Step 1

We reply within one working day

We read what you sent and come back with questions, a rough view of cost, or a time to talk.

  2. Step 2

    A 20-minute call

We talk through what you need and tell you honestly whether we're the right team. No charge and no obligation.

  3. Step 3

    A written, fixed-price proposal

Scope, price and timeline in writing. Nothing starts until you've signed it off.

Who it's for

Teams about to submit an iPhone or iPad app for the first time, or relaunching one that nobody finds, who want the listing treated as seriously as the code.

What you get: A complete App Store listing for each storefront you choose, entered in App Store Connect or handed over in a document, with the submission checked before you press the button.

What's included

  • Keyword research for each storefront you choose. The US, UK, Australian and Canadian stores each index a different set of locales (the US store, for example, also reads the Spanish (Mexico) fields), so each gets its own keyword list rather than one copied across.
  • The subtitle and the 100-character keyword field for each locale, with a note on why each term is there and what it replaced.
  • Captions for your screenshots, in the order that explains the app fastest, and promotional text you can change later without a new build.
  • Up to three custom product pages, each aimed at one audience or campaign, with its own screenshot order and text.
  • A featuring nomination in App Store Connect, written around what is new and who it is for. Featuring is Apple's decision; a nomination makes sure the editors see it.
  • Review notes for App Review: how to reach every feature, test accounts, and anything a reviewer might misread.
  • A submission check against the App Review Guidelines: age rating, privacy label, permission wording, subscription screens and the other things that cause first-submission rejections.

Not included

  • Screenshot design and app previews. We caption and order the screenshots you have; new artwork is quoted separately.
  • Paid Apple Search Ads, and any promise of ranking or featuring. Apple decides both.
  • Changes to the app itself. If the check finds something that needs code, we quote it or hand it to your developer.

How it runs

  1. Day 1You give us App Store Connect access (App Manager role) and the build in TestFlight. We learn the app and agree which storefronts matter.
  2. Days 2 to 3Keyword research for each storefront, then the subtitle, keyword fields, captions and promotional text, drafted and sent for your comments.
  3. Days 4 to 5Custom product pages, the featuring nomination, review notes and the submission check. Everything goes into a shared document and, if you like, straight into App Store Connect.

Why trust us with it

We did this for our own app, Cuefold, in October 2026: separate keyword sets for the US, UK, Australian and Canadian storefronts, a new subtitle and captions, three custom product pages, promotional text, review notes and a featuring nomination, all entered in App Store Connect.

After launch

Keep it working after launch

Websites and apps need looking after once they're live. App care is the plan most people choose after this, at £450 a month.

Already have an app or site that needs looking after?

Questions we get asked

Access to App Store Connect with the App Manager role, a TestFlight build we can install, and ten minutes on a call about who the app is for and what you'd call it if you were searching. If you have screenshots, send them; if not, we work from the build and tell you what to capture.

Other ways to start

Start with a 20-minute call with our team.

Tell us where you are and what you need. We'll tell you honestly whether this offer fits, or what would. We reply within one working day.
