Glasgow, worked remotely
App developers in Glasgow
We build iPhone and Android apps and websites for Glasgow businesses, working remotely at fixed prices. Glasgow builds satellites and runs large banking technology teams, and both need software that works the first time.
We reply within one working day.
Local context
Space, engineering and banking technology
The UK Government describes Glasgow as the leading city for small satellite manufacturing in Europe. Satellite maker AAC Clyde Space has an office on Finnieston Street. [1][2]
The University of Strathclyde's Technology and Innovation Centre on George Street was developed with industry, for industry, and Barclays describes its Glasgow campus at Clyde Place as the engine of its Corporate and Investment Bank and Shared Technology. [3][4]
What that means for your app
Engineering and space firms tend to need internal tools more than consumer apps: field apps for engineers, dashboards for telemetry or test data, and apps that keep working offline in a factory or on a site. We build those for iPhone, iPad and Android, and distribute internal apps without putting them on the public store when that's what you need.
Firms with in-house engineers often come to us when an app has slipped: a rejected update, an old build nobody can compile, or a developer who has moved on. Our takeover audit and rejection fix are fixed-price ways to get it moving again.
How we work with Glasgow businesses
We work remotely, with every client, wherever they are. The first conversation is a 20-minute call by phone or video. After that you get your own client portal from day one: milestones to approve, requests with response targets, documents, invoices and a written monthly report on a plan.
We don't have an office in any city on these pages. Our only address is our registered office in London, which takes post and is not somewhere to meet. We don't hold in-person meetings as standard. If a workshop in the room matters to your project, say so on the first call and we'll tell you honestly whether we can do it before you commit to anything.
Working hours are London time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30. Contracts are fixed-scope and fixed-price, governed by the law of England and Wales.
Scots law is a separate legal system from the law of England and Wales [5], so if your company needs a contract under Scots law, tell us before the proposal.

Questions we get asked
Yes. Apple offers private distribution through Apple Business Manager and the Developer Enterprise Program for eligible companies, and Google Play has private apps for managed Google Play. We'll recommend the route that fits how many people use it and how you manage devices.
Scots law is a separate legal system from the law of England and Wales. Our standard terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, as they say on our terms page. If your company needs a contract under Scots law, raise it before the proposal and we'll discuss it.
No. What makes an app project go well is a clear scope, a fixed price, regular builds you can install and a single place to see progress, and all of those work the same over a video call. We send a test build you can install on your own phone at each milestone, so you judge the app itself, not a slide deck.
Book a 20-minute call or send the enquiry form. We reply within one working day. If it looks like a fit, we send a written proposal with a fixed scope, price and timeline, and nothing starts until you sign it off.
