Apple has rejected your app or an update. We work out what the reviewer really wants, fix the code or the metadata, write the reply to App Review and resubmit. We aim to resubmit within 48 hours of getting access, and if Apple rejects it again for the same guideline we keep going at no extra cost.
Secure payment by Stripe. Prices exclude VAT. One payment, no subscription.
Live app broken or rejected? Write before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, and we reply the same working day.
What you get
- 1The rejection diagnosed against the guideline it cites
- 2The code or metadata fixed, and the reply to App Review written
- 3Resubmitted for you, and the same guideline covered if Apple says no again
Who it's for
Teams and founders with an iPhone or iPad app that App Review has rejected, who want it fixed and back in review quickly without a project, a proposal or a monthly commitment.
The outcome: The rejection fixed, a clear reply in App Store Connect and the app back in review, usually within two days of us getting access.
What's included
- A diagnosis of the rejection: every guideline cited in the message, what the reviewer actually saw, and what Apple needs to see instead.
- The fix, in the code, the metadata or both: screens, permission wording, sign-in for the reviewer, subscription terms, privacy details, screenshots or review notes, whatever the rejection is about.
- A new build tested on real devices and uploaded, or the change pushed to your repository for your own pipeline to build.
- The reply to App Review in App Store Connect, written to answer the reviewer's point in plain terms, sent once you've seen it.
- The resubmission, and a short note to you on what changed and why.
- If Apple rejects the resubmission for the same guideline, we keep working on it at no extra cost: a new fix, a new reply and another resubmission.
Not included
- New features. If the only way through is building something the app doesn't have yet, such as a new sign-in system or a payment flow, we say so and quote it separately.
- Rejections that need a business or legal change rather than a fix: for example a 4.3 spam rejection that needs a new concept for the app, content you don't have the rights to, or an account that has to belong to a company rather than a person.
- A rejection for a different guideline after we resubmit. We tell you what it means and quote before doing anything.
- A guarantee of approval. Apple decides; we make the fix and the strongest honest case for it.
- Google Play. This offer is for Apple's App Store only.
What we need from you
- 1
App Store Connect access
Invite us as a team member with the App Manager role, so we can read the full message, reply to App Review and resubmit. You never share a password, and you can remove us when it's done.
- 2
The rejection message
Paste the whole message from App Review, including the first line that names the guideline, and any screenshots the reviewer attached.
- 3
Repository access
Read and write access to the code on GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket. If your own developer or pipeline uploads builds, tell us and we'll hand the change over that way.
Our promise
Rejected again for the same guideline? We keep going, free.
If Apple rejects the resubmission and cites the same guideline, the next round is on us: a new fix, a new reply and another resubmission, at no extra cost. If Apple's second message shows that the only way through is one of the exclusions listed above, such as a new feature, we tell you plainly and you decide what to do.
How it runs
- Before you payNot sure it fits? Paste the rejection into our free decoder, or send it to us. If it needs a new feature or a business change, we say so before you pay anything.
- StartYou pay, invite us to App Store Connect, send the rejection message and give us repository access. The 48 hours start when we have all three.
- Within a dayWe read the rejection against the guideline, reproduce what the reviewer saw on a real device, and tell you in plain English what we're changing.
- Within 48 hoursThe fix is made and tested, the build is uploaded, the reply to App Review is written and, once you've seen it, the app is resubmitted.
- AfterApple reviews it on its own timetable. If it comes back rejected for the same guideline, we start the next round at no extra cost.
Why trust us with it
We build and run iOS apps of our own, so App Store Connect, signing, builds and replies to App Review are routine work for us. We read a rejection the way a reviewer reads a build: against the guideline it cites.

Questions we get asked
One rejection of one app on Apple's App Store: the diagnosis, the code or metadata fix, a tested build, the reply to App Review and the resubmission. If the message cites more than one guideline, all of them are covered, as long as none of them needs one of the exclusions. Prices exclude VAT.
If Apple cites the same guideline, we keep working on it at no extra cost until it's through, or until it's clear the only way through is an excluded change, which we'd tell you straight away. If Apple raises a different guideline, that's a new issue: we tell you what it means and quote before doing anything.
We read the rejection before starting. If it needs a new feature or a business or legal change, we tell you, and if you'd rather not go ahead we refund the full £450 before any work starts. To check first, paste the message into the decoder or send it to us.
No. The 48 hours is our time: from having App Store Connect access, the rejection message and the code, to resubmitting. How long Apple then takes to review is up to Apple. If something means we'll need longer, such as a broken build that has to be repaired before the fix, we tell you as soon as we know, and the price stays the same.
No one honestly can: App Review is Apple's decision. What we can promise is the fix, a clear reply to the reviewer, and that we keep going at no extra cost if Apple rejects again for the same guideline.
Yes. App Review looks at the app, its metadata and its behaviour, not the framework. We work in Swift, Flutter and React Native.
Sometimes. If the reviewer missed what makes the app different, or the listing hid it, a reply, clearer review notes and listing changes can be enough, and that's covered. If the honest answer is that the app needs a new concept or several apps need merging into one, that's a business change, not a fix, and we'll say so before you pay.
The rejection fix is for one rejection you want fixed and resubmitted, quickly, at a fixed price. Rescue is for wider problems: an app about to go to review for the first time, several rejections on different guidelines, or a build that's broken. It starts with a two-day diagnosis and a fix plan.
Yes, if you can give us App Store Connect access and the code. If nobody knows where the code or the accounts are, start with a takeover audit instead: we recover access, check the code and tell you what's at risk, and the rejection fix can follow.
